This results in increased costs, operational burdens, and a lack of versatility in creating additional revenue streams from passenger services.\n\nSolution:\nAirware allows an airline to run all its passenger processes with two apps, one for passenger and one for the agent, cutting costs and providing a digital platform for creating more versatile passenger service revenue streams.\n\nAirware removes the technology layer created between airlines and their passengers when passengers step into an airport. We can enhance the capabilities of a airline’s mobile app so passengers can use it to tag and drop this bags as well as make payments for ancillary services directly on the mobile app. Simple appliances can be rapidly deployed across an airline’s network to ensure customers enjoy the same service. Passengers experience a personalised services from their airline using a combination of location service based on geolocation and airport beacons, visa and document checks on their phone and   biometric services. \n\nGeographic coverage has expanded rapidly with the solution deployed to 21 airports in 10 European countries and trials confirmed in the Americas, Middle East and Asia. The launch customer in 2023 was Ryanair with 3 more airlines in Europe, 3 airlines in the Americas and 1 airline in Asia currently integrating the Airware solution.
