The electric motors, as any other electric component, are located in an external actuation unit and the motors’ power is transferred to the robot joints by means of “Fluid Wires”, their efficient transmission system. Sealing and cooling the external unit is made easy by this structure, making their arms the ideal device to operate underwater and in explosive or reactive atmospheres.
